The Frankie Computer Project (FCP)

FCP knows you value the security of your personal information and therefore treats it with the respect valued customers deserve.  FCP takes information security very seriously.

We may collect any information you give us including your name, address, telephone number, email address, hardware and software requirements for the following purposes:

1. to document ownership of personal computers and other devices or products being purchased and/or assembled for you;
2. to document ownership of personal computers or other devices being repaired for you;
3. to contact you about purchases you have made or items left with us for repair;
4. for billing and invoicing purposes;
5. to assist you with future purchase decisions.

We keep this information:

1. for a period of at least seven (7) years to support our financial records;
2. only as long as we need it based on the products and services you have purchased;
3. until you tell us not to.

We do not:

1. buy or sell mailing lists;
2. retain credit card information;
3. store any of your software licensing numbers or other licensing information;
4. use cookies on our website;
5. collect information about you from our website.

Your personal information is not shared with any third party, except:

1. as required by law, to government institutions, legal authorities or others who have asserted lawful authority to obtain the information;
2. as required, credit bureaus or credit collection agencies.

You may ask us at any time what information we have recorded about you.  You may ask us to remove any non-required personal information (e.g. an email address), or to correct required personal information (e.g. accounting data).  You can review any personal information we have for you by writing to, or visiting in person, the FCP business office at:

From time to time we may add, change, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy when we feel it is appropriate to do so.  Whenever we update this Policy we will change the date on the Policy to indicate when the changes were made.
